OM613 STANDALONE - English version

 STANDALONE OM613 3.2CDI based on original EDC15C6 ECU:

  • run engine without original MB key (just use simple mechanical ignition or button)
  • burned Stage1 (230HP/540Nm)
  • work with any transmission (manual or automatic)
  • swirll flaps OFF
  • EGR off
  • MAF off
  • revolution limits OFF (no limp mode)
  • some DTC off (from no longer used modules in Mercedes network)








How to connect ECU to POWER and DIAGNOSTIC


Power and Diagnostic

Original wiring in MB for this ECU use external relay to connect main power in ECU when ignition ON. If U not use this relay, some DTC appear and flash "check engine". ECU after my mods have this DTC off. 

Plug T1

  • power +12V, pins 1, 7, 8 
  • (GND) pins 4, 5, 6
Plug T2

  • positive +12V after ignition on, pin 13
Plug T3

  • diagnostic K-line on pin 28
  • original glow plug relay drive on pin 25
Throttle potentiometer (TPS) - plug T3
  • pin 1 TPS - pin 5 ECU
  • pin 2 TPS - free
  • pin 3 TPS - pin 8 ECU
  • pin 4 TPS - pin 9 ECU
  • pin 5 TPS - pin 10 ECU
  • pin 6 TPS - pin 23 ECU
Plug T3
  • selenoid for turbo drive - pins 35 i 48


Plug T3
  • if U want to use this ECU with original MB key (electronic "fish" key), need to connect starter relay - pins 30 i 43
  • if U want connect main power ECU's relay (like original MB wiring, three positive wires in 1st plug), need to connect this relay direct to ECU, pin 48 (Ground), and other relay pin to constant positive +12V
